Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Times: We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote areas).

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS):
- Available on all orders over $50.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our team will review your request and email you within 1-2 business days with approval and a return shipping address. Please do not send the item back without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Please securely package the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or the return authorization email, and ship it to the address we provide.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
