• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery date, with the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Cat Food and Cat Treats are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
